Elves, Witches, Warlords, and Demigods all abound in this sequel to Her Master’s Claim. I fell in love with all the characters we met back in Her Master’s Claim. From Charlotte’s stubborn nature to Ashcroft’s firm hand and his apprentice Moriaty’s witty sense of Humor I was drawn in from the first chapter and left hanging on for more at the cliffhanger at the end of the book. Her Master’s Hand picks up right where the previous book left off literally off the edge of a cliff. In this book not only do we get to catch up with all the characters from the first book, but we get to meet a whole lot of new characters in this one that quickly become important parts of the story. I enjoyed watching Charlotte adapt to her new environment and the changes this makes in her. There are plenty of HOT spanking scenes between our hero and heroine and including some with Moriarty and his wife Alice a few times throughout the book. The story is more complex building off the events at the end of the first book, and combining with new obstacles our heroes face in this book. All the while they are trying to work their way back to each other. If it’s even possible I enjoyed this book more than the first one, but maybe that’s because we get to see Ashcroft and Charlotte get the happily ever after that is more than deserved. All in all I thought this was a fantastic read that I recommend to anyone looking for a great fantasy read with lots of hot bedroom scenes and red bottoms mixed in.

Wow, I have been waiting for this sequel! It was everything I hoped for and so worth the wait! Book one ended in a cliff hanger, book two picks up twenty years later and from page one I was hooked and literally did not want to put it down. All of my favorite characters are back with some new ones, add in a quick moving plot, danger, suspense, some steam and the result was magic. I adored the ending but I sincerely hope we have not seen the end of this cast of characters…..hint hint 🙂
